We’re so confident in our scratch-baked cupcakes, that we guarantee they’ll be good.* If you don’t like the cupcake you bought from us, just bring back the uneaten portion within 24 hours and we’ll give you a fresh replacement. (If you have nothing to return, that means you liked it.)
Make no mistake, this policy helps us, too. It’s a lot more difficult to bake from scratch, without preservatives. We have to keep a close eye on things like outside temperature and humidity, which can affect shelf life. We have to be (naturally) more diligent than other bakeries and you reap the benefits.
