Carolina Cupcakeryoffers a rotating menu of more than 80 varieties of their rich, scratch-baked cupcakes. The collection is noteworthy for its broad range of flavors, inspired by everything from Happy Hour drinks to Retro Classics such as Ho-hos, Creamsicles, Peanut Butter and Jelly and Girl Scout cookies. The daily menu regularly includes Vanilla Bean, Chocolate Fix and Black-and-White standards plus 6-8 other flavors which alternate each season.

In addition to traditional bakery recipes, Carolina Cupcakery creates special versions for people who want sugar-free, gluten-free and vegan cupcakes. We’re very excited about the expansion of our GLUTEN FREE line which will soon include take and bake items such as dinner rolls, pizza crust, muffins, quick breads and snacks.

We work very hard to create safe, allergen-free products, however dairy and tree nut products are present in our kitchen. Although we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee their safety for the highly allergic. We do feature Dr. Lucy's cookies (frosted if you wish) to provide more dessert options.
