Carolina Cupcakery became the first gourmet cupcakery in Downtown Norfolk when they sponsored a Valentine Day kiosk at MacArthur Center. 
Walk into seven of the 12 models on display at Homearama 2009 Monday and you're apt to notice something other than that distinct new- home smell.
