We use only fresh ingredients and no preservatives or mixes.
SO These cupcakes won’t last for a month. And that’s a good thing
We recommend:
• That cupcakes be eaten the same day as you receive them, why wait?
• They are good for a few days, but if you happen to wait too long, a 10-15 second spin in the microwave will soften them right up.
Don’t refrigerate your cupcakes, it will dry them out quicker, however..
DO refrigerate your cupcakes if they are filled, contain cream cheese or unbaked fruit, for safety.
• If you plan to wait before serving your cupcakes, go ahead and pop them in the freezer. Tightly wrap the box in plastic wrap or transfer the cupcakes to an airtight container to freeze. They should be good at least a month this way, add a few layers of foil and you’re good for about a year. Be sure to bring them back to room temperature before consuming.
Transporting your cupcakes:
They will come packaged for the trip home, but travel can be tricky if you drive like a convict.
Do: Sit the box on a flat surface such as the floor of your car.
Don’t: Hold the box on your lap it’s almost always a bad idea.
Do: Take stops and turns slowly, too much movement can pop the cupcakes out of their holder.
Don’t: Leave them in the heat or direct sunlight. We use real ingredients that melt and stale quickly in extreme temps
If you do happen to roll or crush them, it’s okay, they’ll still taste awesome!
