Pie Oh My
We core our butter cake in the middle then add one of our favorite jam, curd or pie fillings. A ring of vanilla bean buttercream finishes the whole thing perfectly.
While we do make most of our own preserves, we’ve run out of strawberry jam. So until they’re back in season, we are loving everything made by our friends at Rowena’s- a Virginia’s Finest company like us.
